How long does it take for a visa to be processed?

Once we have sent you your invitation letter, we have no control over how long it will take for your visa to be processed. This will now be in the hands of your embassy dealing with your visa application. We highly recommend that you apply for your visa in good time before our event to ensure that your visa application is processed in time.
